The Pesco and Mandorlo apartments each have their own private entrance but are connected by an internal door, allowing them to be rented separately or together for greater flexibility and convenience.

All apartments feature private entrances, fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, TVs, spacious bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, wardrobes, and heating and air conditioning systems with a heat pump. The terracotta floors and wooden beam ceilings preserve the authentic charm of traditional Umbrian farmhouses.
The apartments offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, including king-size and single beds, as well as sofa beds (both king and French size), accommodating a total of 11 guests, with an additional bed available upon request.
