We offer several type of accommodation:

1. Ciliegio: a small two-bed apartment
2. Melograno: a big four-bed apartment
3. Pesco: a medium three-bed apartment
4. Mandorlo: two-bed studio apartment with kitchen and private bathroom (accessible with wheelchair and disabled-friendly)

Pesco and Mandorlo have separate entrances but can be connected by an internal door with the possibility to become one bigger flat for large groups.

All the apartments have a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen and a tv screen, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Towels and bedlinen are included.
The apartments are heated and air conditioned, have terracotta floor, ceiling with tails and wooden beams as in the tradition of the beautiful country houses in Umbria.
The apartments have a simple but cosy style. Bedrooms can be arranged with single beds, double beds or sofa-beds depending on our costumer’s needs: we can accommodate a max of 13 people.
The property is immersed in the wonderful landscape of Umbria, the whole area is wi-fi covered.
